Process and operational compliance: operations that are clear, written and measurable
Your company keeps running just as well when a key person goes on holiday, changes roles or leaves.
When the operation lives in someone’s head
In many mid-size companies the real process is not written down: it lives in the experience of whoever runs it. That works until that person goes on holiday, changes roles or leaves, and then every close, every hire and every collection gets reinvented.
Fixing the process before automating it avoids the most expensive mistake: building a system that repeats, faster, a way of working that was already broken.
What we do
Process audit
We walk every area with the people who run it: what comes in, what goes out, who decides and where control gets lost. A first-party audit, with ISO 9001 as a reference.
Operating runbooks
Written procedures so any competent person can run the area without depending on a single individual.
Baselined metrics
What to measure in each process and where it stands today, so you can tell later whether it improved.
Compliant HR function
Structure, contracts, policies, personnel files, onboarding and offboarding done right, for Mexico and the United States.
Operational compliance
The controls and evidence your operation should already have, organized for when someone asks.
From process to system
Once the process is clear, we decide what to automate and what to build; not before.
What stays with you
- A process map per area, with owners and control points.
- Operating runbooks per area, in an editable format.
- Metrics with their baseline and how they are measured.
- HR files and documents ready to operate.
- A prioritized plan of what to automate and build next.
Always the same person
You will always speak with the same person, someone who knows your operation, its history and your priorities. You never have to explain your case from scratch.
If a specialist is needed (an employment lawyer or a certification auditor, for example), we introduce them and coordinate the work with you.
What clients usually ask
Do you issue certifications?
No. We run first-party audits, for and with your company. We are not a certification body, which is exactly why we can recommend and help with the fixes.
Does the HR function include payroll?
We design the function, the documents and the process. Payroll calculation is run by your accountant or a payroll provider; we leave the process connected.
Do you work on site?
Yes, when the project calls for it: the process audit and key sessions can happen at your operation. The rest is coordinated remotely, with a demo every week.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish prices because they depend on scope. Every project has a fixed, written price per deliverable, not by the hour. You get it after the diagnostic; the Express Auditor is free and the Operations Diagnostic is credited to your project.
