How we work: three ways, all in writing
We solve specific problems and hand you the keys. Diagnostic first; then the solution; and if you need it, we stay with you. You will always speak with the same person, someone who knows your operation, its history and your priorities.
Diagnostic, project, ongoing leadership
Operations Diagnostic
A study of your operation with written scope, timeline and price. It ends with a prioritized map and is credited to your project. To start at no cost: our free tools, with an instant result.
Project
Processes, systems, applied AI, security or leadership intelligence, at a fixed price per deliverable with a demo every week. At the end, the system and the keys are yours.
Ongoing leadership
Fractional technology leadership (fractional CTO) and managed operation of your systems and automations, by the people who already know them. Optional, never a condition.
How every project gets built
- 01
Diagnose
We measure before we propose. After the first conversation you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price per deliverable.
- 02
Build
Short cycles with a demo every week. You see progress running, not in slides.
- 03
Secure
Least-privilege access, encryption, managed secrets and reviewed dependencies from day one, not at the end.
- 04
Hand over
Documentation, runbooks and the code. If you want us to run it afterwards, that’s a separate agreement, never a condition.
Systems, not hours
We don’t bill for hours or for being on call: we bill for systems that work, at a fixed, written price per deliverable. If we run the system afterwards, it’s under a defined scope.
Fixed, written price per deliverable, not by the hour. If there is a later operating cost, it is in the same proposal; nothing shows up afterwards.
The Express Auditor is free. The Operations Diagnostic has a written scope and price, and is credited to your project.
Seven rules we don’t negotiate
- If there’s no measurable return, we don’t propose it.
- Fixed, written price per deliverable, not by the hour.
- The Operations Diagnostic is credited to your project.
- Zero trust as the baseline, not an add-on.
- Documentation and runbooks with every delivery.
- A direct line, with no intermediaries or account managers.
- Discretion: nothing about your operation is published without your written consent.
What clients usually ask
What happens after handover?
The system is yours, with documentation and runbooks. If you want us to run it, that is a separate agreement with a defined scope. If you prefer another team, the documentation is written for that.
Do you sign a contract?
Yes. Every project has a written proposal and contract with scope, timeline, deliverables and investment.
Why only three to five engagements at a time?
So each project gets full attention. With more engagements, that would stop being true.
What happens if HAXOR grows?
We keep limiting concurrent projects. If someone joins the team, we introduce them before they touch your project, and the person you talk to does not change.
Do you work on site?
Yes, when the project calls for it: the diagnostic and key sessions can happen at your operation. The rest is coordinated remotely, with a demo every week.
What if you are not the right firm?
We tell you on the first call, before you book a second one.
Two ways to start.
Size up your case with our free tools, or book a thirty-minute call.
Let us listen.
We will find the areas of opportunity and propose better processes, automations or custom-built solutions. Thirty minutes, no sales deck: you leave with a concrete read on your operation, whether or not you work with us. And if we are not the right firm, we will tell you right there.
Thirty minutes, at a time that suits you.
