Privacy notice

Here we explain who processes your personal data, for what purpose, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

/ 01

Who is responsible

HAXOR Systems (“HAXOR”) is responsible for processing your personal data. Its address for hearing and receiving notices is Calle 2 Sur 2504, Col. El Carmen, C.P. 72530, Puebla, Pue., México.

You can write to us at hola@haxor.systems.

/ 02

What data we collect

What you give us when you use a form or a tool: name, work email, company, company size and whatever you write in the message.

If you use a tool and decide to send us your result, we also receive the answers or the summary the tool produces (for example, the audit score, the domain you checked or the industry you chose).

Technically, the page you wrote from, your language and the campaign parameters in the address (utm), so we know which content was useful to you.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include any in your messages.

/ 03

What we use it for

To answer your request, send you the result you asked for, follow up on the conversation and schedule a call if you wish.

We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose other than the above.

The free tools calculate the result in your browser; you do not have to send us anything to see it or download the PDF.

/ 04

Who it is shared with and who processes it on our behalf

We use providers that process data on our behalf to host the site, receive and record requests, send and receive email and schedule calls (among them Google and Cloudflare).

To prepare a draft reply we use a language-model provider (Anthropic). A person reviews the draft before you receive it; we make no automated decisions that affect you.

The security exposure tool makes its DNS queries directly from your browser to Cloudflare’s and Google’s public servers; those queries do not pass through our servers.

We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.

/ 05

Cookies and measurement

Without your permission, this site does not use tracking cookies or load third-party analytics: the measurement script is not downloaded until you press “Accept” in the cookie notice.

It keeps in your browser, while the tab is open, the last result of a tool so it can pre-fill your message if you decide to write to us, and in local storage your cookie choice (accept or reject) for 12 months.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address.

Site analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

If you accept, we use Microsoft Clarity, a Microsoft tool that produces heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft processes this data as our provider (processor) and, under Clarity’s terms, may also process certain data as an independent controller, as described in its privacy statement. The data is hosted in Microsoft’s cloud and may be transferred to the United States; for customers in Europe, Microsoft contracts through Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, under standard contractual clauses.

What it collects: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages visited, session recordings of what happens on the page, and device and browser data (type, system, screen size, language and approximate location). Form fields and what you type into our tools are masked and are not sent to Clarity. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising.

Cookies: if you accept, Clarity stores two first-party cookies on this site (_clck, a pseudonymous visitor identifier, and _clsk, which joins the pages of one visit), and Microsoft sets third-party cookies on its own domains (clarity.ms and bing.com: CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR, SM and SRM_B). When you withdraw consent the first-party ones are deleted; you can remove the third-party ones from your browser settings.

Purpose and basis: to improve the site (see which sections are read and where there is confusion or errors). The basis is your consent.

Retention: Clarity keeps the data and recordings for up to 30 days; recordings marked as favorites and a random sample are kept for up to 9 months.

How to withdraw your consent: at any time, through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, by choosing “Reject”. That deletes Clarity’s first-party cookies and stops the measurement. You may also exercise your rights as explained below.

/ 07

Your rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your data or object to its processing (ARCO rights), and revoke your consent, by writing to hola@haxor.systems with your name, a way to reply and a description of your request.

If you believe your right was not honored, you may go to the data protection authority, currently the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
