Security and data protection audits with a prioritized fix plan
Know where your company is exposed and what to fix first, explained in business terms.
The risk nobody reviews
In a mid-size company, security often runs on goodwill: shared passwords, accounts of people who left, backups nobody has tried to restore and customer data in spreadsheets. None of it shows until the day it does.
A useful audit is not a list of two hundred generic findings. It is a prioritized map: what to fix this week, this quarter, and what can wait.
What we review
Exposed surface
Domains, published services and what anyone can see about your company from outside.
Access and accounts
Who gets into what, two-factor coverage, orphaned accounts and pending offboarding.
Email and spoofing
Domain configuration so nobody can send email pretending to be you.
Cloud and backups
Configuration, encryption and a real restore test.
Personal data
What you store, where and who sees it, against the data-protection law that applies to you (GDPR in Europe, LFPDPPP in Mexico).
Hardening
We fix the findings with your team; we do not just leave you the report.
What stays with you
- Findings report ranked by severity.
- Executive summary for leadership, no jargon.
- Remediation plan with priorities and owners.
- Follow-up verification of the fixes.
Always the same person
You will always speak with the same person, someone who knows your operation, its history and your priorities. You never have to explain your case from scratch.
If a specialist is needed (an employment lawyer or a certification auditor, for example), we introduce them and coordinate the work with you.
What clients usually ask
Will you attack my systems?
Only with written authorization and a signed scope. Active testing is agreed with dates, windows and owners.
Do you issue certifications?
No. We prepare your operation and document your controls, but we are not a certification body and do not issue external audit opinions.
What does leadership receive?
A one- or two-page executive summary: what is exposed, how severe it is and what it costs to fix. Technical detail goes separately to your team.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish prices because they depend on scope. Every project has a fixed, written price per deliverable, not by the hour. You get it after the diagnostic; the Express Auditor is free and the Operations Diagnostic is credited to your project.

Let us listen.
We will find the areas of opportunity and propose better processes, automations or custom-built solutions. Thirty minutes, no sales deck: you leave with a concrete read on your operation, whether or not you work with us. And if we are not the right firm, we will tell you right there.
Thirty minutes, at a time that suits you.
