Custom systems for operations that outgrew spreadsheets
A system built around how your company works, instead of bending your operation to fit generic software.
When off-the-shelf software forces you to change how you work
Off-the-shelf software is fast and cheap until your operation stops fitting in it. Then come the shadow spreadsheets, the shared logins and the reports nobody trusts.
Custom software makes sense when your process is what sets you apart, or when adapting already costs more than building. Sometimes the answer is not to build: if an existing product does the job, we tell you in the diagnostic.
What we build

Your ERP, CRM, payments and invoicing connected, so data is never keyed twice.

Always the same person
You will always speak with the same person, someone who knows your operation, its history and your priorities. You never have to explain your case from scratch.
If a specialist is needed (an employment lawyer or a certification auditor, for example), we introduce them and coordinate the work with you.
What clients usually ask
Do I own the code?
Yes. Repository, environments and accounts are in your company’s name. You can keep working with us or with anyone you choose.
Custom-built or one of your systems?
The diagnostic decides. If your industry matches one of our systems, it can be the starting point and shorten the timeline; if not, we build from scratch.
Will it integrate with the ERP I already use?
In most cases, yes. The diagnostic reviews what your ERP exposes and how to connect it without keying the same data twice.
Who maintains it afterwards?
Your call. The documentation is written so any competent team can maintain it. If you want us to run it, that is a separate agreement with a defined scope.
How much does it cost?
We don’t publish prices because they depend on scope. Every project has a fixed, written price per deliverable, not by the hour. You get it after the diagnostic; the Express Auditor is free and the Operations Diagnostic is credited to your project.
Two ways to start.
