Calendar, guest registry and the operating core — multi-property, multi-business-unit, audited at every write. Front-desk and owner surfaces are separated; each role sees only what it needs.
Hospitality operations, in Spanish.
HOXTEL is a multi-tenant SaaS for boutique hostels and hotels — direct reservations, an AI guest assistant, a unified inbox, inventory, finance and a multi-tenant control plane. Built by HAXOR for operators in México and LATAM where CFDI 4.0, SPEI and WhatsApp are not afterthoughts.
One operating surface for the whole property.
Front desk, finance, guest comms and owner reporting — one system, one login, multi-property from day one.
Transactions tagged for SAT compliance from day one, with multi-business-unit allocation. The Mexican fiscal regime is the default, not a bolt-on — the schema knows it.
One inbox per property across WhatsApp, email, Instagram and SMS. Channel-aware threading, an AI guest assistant drafting replies — the guest's first language is the system's first language.
Every Monday: a bilingual, generated summary of revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR, and what changed. Anomaly detection runs against the prior period — the owner reads three paragraphs instead of a dashboard.
The international PMSs don't speak CFDI, SPEI or WhatsApp. So we built the one that does.
— HOXTEL, a HAXOR product
A México-native PMS, on purpose.
Four things every global tool treats as an add-on — and every Mexican operator lives with daily.
CFDI 4.0 is mandatory, not optional.
SAT exposure scales with revenue. A PMS that treats Mexican invoicing as an afterthought becomes a remediation bill. HOXTEL emits CFDI natively.
SPEI and OXXO are how México pays.
Card-only checkout leaves money on the table. HOXTEL takes SPEI transfers and OXXO cash alongside cards, and reconciles them back to the ledger automatically.
WhatsApp is the guest channel, period.
Mexican guests don't check email over the weekend — they WhatsApp. HOXTEL runs guest comms on the WhatsApp Business API with templates approved for the boutique vertical.
Spanish is the default, not the translation.
Owner UI, guest templates, AI narratives and support are es-MX first. English exists — it just isn't the centre of the product.
From first call to live property.
No public sandbox, no self-serve trap. We scope it, pilot it, and hand over an operating system your team actually runs.
We map your operation.
Thirty minutes on your property, your current stack, and what you pay to keep it running. If HOXTEL isn't the right tool, we say so on the call.
Your data, migrated in.
We migrate from spreadsheets and your existing system, wire up CFDI, SPEI and WhatsApp, and run the property live with the lead engineer on hand.
Hardened and handed over.
Multi-property rollout, an operating runbook, and priority support from the people who built it. A written, priced scope follows the discovery call — no surprises.
A product by the practice.
Engineered, owned and supported by HAXOR — not a marketplace, not white-labelled for resale.
We built HOXTEL because boutique hospitality kept arriving at HAXOR as the same project on repeat: a five-property operator closing books by hand, a hostel running guest comms out of a personal WhatsApp, an owner who wanted one weekly brief instead of three dashboards. After the fifth engagement we stopped scoping it as bespoke work and started building it as a product.
HOXTEL rides the same spine as every HAXOR system: a typed backend, Postgres with row-level security, real payment rails, and an automation layer that does the boring work. It runs in production for a Puebla boutique hostel today, and the engine reused across verticals is why more than one system shipped from one operator.
